Hello,

I had recently had a 24x31x10 metal building built and my plans for it was to insulate and panel the inside. I know how metal buildings sweat so fiberglass was not an option. At first I was considering foam board but was really wanting a better R-factor. I figured I would research the different options on the web, that's where I found Prodex. I read all the info on the website and thought that this product would probably work. I'm an electrician by trade and have been on many construction sites (residential, commercial and industrial) but I have never seen this product before so I was a little leary, I like to know if a product works and is worth the price before I buy it only to find out it wasn't what it was suppose to be. Even though all the reviews on the site where favorable I still wasn't quite sure if I wanted to take the risk on a product that I knew very little about. Then I started thinking about instalation and cost, again this is going in a total metal building. The cost for the Prodex is right there with the foam board and it seemed to me the Prodex would be the easiest to install. After I thought about it for a long while (about 2 months) I figured that I would give the Prodex a try. So I placed my order for 4 rolls 2-72' and 2-48" along with tape and adhiesive. When it arrived I was a little worried about the thickness and how well it would insulate being as thin as it is. I installed the Prodex by myself in about a week working on it after work, it was very easy to handle. I glued it to the back side of the 2 roll up doors to insulate them and it worked perfect! I was very impressed how well the instalation went. I have finished this project now and I can keep this building at 56 degrees with a small 110 volt electric heater when the temp outside is in the low 20's. I hope that it will work just as well in the summer. One thing for sure I believe this product is the best you can get, and if I need to insulate anything else I will be using Prodex!

Thanks!

We used your Prodex to insulate our 4,000 square foot flat roof warehouse in North Carolina. The summer heat made it almost unbearable to work inside. Last spring we stapled Prodex to the rafters. We now enjoy a space that visitors think is air conditioned. On hot days the temperature differential from outside to inside is about 18º. Your product exceeded our expectations.

Took out the old stinky, dirty, mouse friendly insulation when restoring my 1967 Airstream trailer. Prodex Insulation real is easy to work with as it can be cut to shape with scissors. On my project I went with 1/4" airspace created with Prodex strips, a layer of Prodex, another airspace and then another layer of Prodex. Here's a photo ,please note that I have since taped all seams withs foil tape also supplied by Insulation4less. I've heated it with a 750 watt little electric heater while continuing my renovation. HUGE difference before and after insulating.

I'm a contractor that is very happy with the Prodex Insulation and using Insulation4Less.com to submit my purchases. I've been ordering online from Insulation4less.com for years. I prefer to order online. I can order at odd hours, its faster, I get instant confirmation, and tracking information so I can schedule my crews. I like that their website allows me to enter and save multiple shipping addresses. I'm not the type that needs to meet and greet sales reps. I get fast responses to all emails with compressive answers and links to the information I need. If you're comfortable ordering online, and you want the best price on great insulation product, shipped quick, order Prodex at Insulation4Less. It's excellent in the metal buildings we erect and we're beginning to use it in residential roofing. You've helped our bottom line. Keep up the good work!

I did my research before purchasing Prodex from Insulation4Less.com I concluded it was the best reflective insulation and that Insulation4Less was a good site to order from. I was right in both cases. I see a huge difference in the temperature of my home and pole barn. The website was very informative. I emailed some technical questions are received a prompt comprehensive response from Mr Barber at Insulation For Less. I ordered just before noon and was pleased to recieve tracking information that afternoon. My order arrived in two days.

All tracking emails have tracking data and link to FedEx.com so a person can track. Secondly we wrap the rolls with extra insulation so it serves as it own packaging. We told this person this information and she said we were condensending. She started the call be stating she was mad as hell, ect... She was mad that FedEx didn't put the insulation in her garage. She said our delivery service sucks. She said she should have been called before delivery. When we expressed that she had recieved her tracking information she called us liars and said we were condesending. We explained to her to roll out the insulation and if she found that she she didn't have the insulation that she paid for to simply let us know and we would send insulation to compensate.
She then demanded to speak to a supervisor. She never told us her name. We recognize her because its obviously easy to recognize such a unique complaint and style of expression. She didn't take the time to refer her tracking email and she didn't bother to roll out the rolls to test what we said about extra insulation being included. Instead she then called our customer service departmet. When she was asked how could they help, she had no interest in talking to customer service. She said she only wanted to speak to the owner or she threatened to contact the BBB and do a chargeback etc... We're proud of our "A" BBB rating and thousands of happy customers. This one person has posted multiple complaints everywhere she can. We do our best to serve thousands while only having a tiny staff.
