All tracking emails have tracking data and link to so a person can track. Secondly we wrap the rolls with extra insulation so it serves as it own packaging. We told this person this information and she said we were condensending. She started the call be stating she was mad as hell, ect... She was mad that FedEx didn't put the insulation in her garage. She said our delivery service sucks. She said she should have been called before delivery. When we expressed that she had recieved her tracking information she called us liars and said we were condesending. We explained to her to roll out the insulation and if she found that she she didn't have the insulation that she paid for to simply let us know and we would send insulation to compensate.

She then demanded to speak to a supervisor. She never told us her name. We recognize her because its obviously easy to recognize such a unique complaint and style of expression. She didn't take the time to refer her tracking email and she didn't bother to roll out the rolls to test what we said about extra insulation being included. Instead she then called our customer service departmet. When she was asked how could they help, she had no interest in talking to customer service. She said she only wanted to speak to the owner or she threatened to contact the BBB and do a chargeback etc... We're proud of our "A" BBB rating and thousands of happy customers. This one person has posted multiple complaints everywhere she can. We do our best to serve thousands while only having a tiny staff.
